WebMake sure INAV firmware version is compatible with configurator version, e.g. use configurator 3.0 for fw 3.0.x, use configurator 2.6 for fw 2.6.x. Unplug USB and close configurator, plug USB back in and run configurator again. Try other USB cables. Check if there is dry joint on USB connector pins.
