WebOct 17, 2024 · Just got the Polycom VVX 500/501 phone yesturday. As of this morning we have 2 phones that will only ring one time, then they go silent. It's still rining, but there is no sound. Did a few test calls and it rings only the one time, and when I hang up the phone I'm using to call my phone makews a blip of a ring noise as the call is ended.
