I downloaded the DutchDstar software which appears to be the recommended PC software, but I can't get it to work. The latest non beta version doesn't have an option for ThumbDV and the beta version keeps crashing for me, I've tried both Windows 7 and 10.

You must note the new COM port# it creates and use that COM# when setting up the BlueDV setup software. Also remember the ThumbDV™ Dongle works at 460800 baud (older models are at 230400).
